Hotel is in a safe and convenient localisation , within a walking distance from tower of London, tower bridge, st Paul's Cathedral, the shard, borough market etc. In room you get tea, basic cosmetics like shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner (but they're not regularly refilled and that may be a little discomforting), bathrobe- we run out of a shampoo in the middle of our stay , although I think that if asked - the stuff being so welcoming as they were ,would help us with that with no problems. Breakfast was fresh, tasty , although not cheap, we paid 25 pounds for one person . Windows let the wind through, and you could feel drafts around ankles (we stayed in december), also water although hot, sometimes wasn't hot enough. Additional bed , more like a couch was made with two separeted mattresses and they tended to drift apart during night and you could fall in between them Overall I would recommend it for short stay , but for that price I really expected more.

Breakfast was fantastic. At first glance it does not appear to be an extensive range, but items were quality and we found everything we wanted! The room was a reasonable size, smaller than expected but 3 persons fit just fine. There was a mini fridge which kept our drinks properly cold! (Usually mini fridges barely keep drinks cool, but this one was great!). Location is great - steps away from Borough Market and then in the opposite direction is Millennium Bridge. It is a very busy area though - so not so fun for kids walking to London Bridge station and having to get through the crowds.

Lisa

Great location near London Bridge metro station. Super close to Boroughs Market, London Bridge, Shard, and Shakespeare's Globe. Easy walk across London Bridge or even Millenium Bridge to St. Paul's and Tower Bridge areas. Room was very clean, and beds were comfy. Fold out couch easily accommodated two people. Friendly staff and quiet room. An M&S foods within short walking distance, (<5 min), which helped cut down on breakfast and lunch cost, saving money for dinner out. We would stay here again.

Location is very good. It is near a bustling part of the city but still quiet. Room is very well appointed and suited us really well. 2 adults and our son, 9. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. Lots of towels which was very much appreciated. We have stayed before a number of years ago and it is apparent that the hotel has been updated since then. The lobby is welcoming and cosy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast

Aisling

Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast plentiful - very good choices. Rooms clean and fresh towels every day. Lovely reception area, good bar and well laid out. Quiet street area. 10min walk from London Bridge tube station and the fabulous Borough Market. Advice - when coming out of the tube station leave at the Borough Market exit as it saves time getting to hotel. Back entrance of hotel and through car park, takes you to tube station quicker.
