Amazing service, lovely room, excellent breakfast and a nice spa area to relax in the evenings with a sauna, steam and gym available. Located a 7min walk from London Bridge Station with easy access to the port for the boat ride into westminister. We will be back!

The location was good, as it's located near the Eiffel tower. The bed was very comfortable where we got very good night sleeps after a tiring day. I like the drinking water fountain bar which is easily accesible!

Great location, less than 400m to “London Bridge” tube with 2 useful lines, while on the way you can stop and Borough Market. The room is nice and clean, breakfast is also nice, furniture’s looks new, bed and towels are clean. Room size was small for 2 adults and two kids, there is no space from more than one large suitcase. Kids breakfast is free

The location of this hotel was IDEAL for our family of 4 with two young kids. London Bridge station is less than 5 min walk away and Monument is about a 15 minute walk away over Southwark Bridge. There were TONS of food and coffee options, including Borough Market, which we absolutely LOVE. Despite being in such a great location, the rooms were quiet. We also loved the fact that there was a cozy bar/cafe within the hotel; after coming back from a day out, twice we had a night cap and even invited London friends to join us there one evening. The hotel staff were so helpful and great with the kids, too! The view out of our room was great, too, even though we were facing toward the 'inside' of the hotel - the Shard was fully visible.

The breakfast was amazing and the gym was well equipped. Had a plumbing problem and staff was amazing in the v west they dealt with it.

We loved everything about our trip and stay at this property. The location was so convenient and central. The staff was very accommodating to our every need. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfast which was buffet style was very elaborate an consistent, we missed no morning downstairs at breakfast. There was also a very nice bar and restaurant on property which offered delicious options in the afternoon and evening. We will definitely visit this property again!

Updated facilities and modern decor / clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. The sofa bed for the kids was solid and comfortable for the 2 of them. Useful having the baggage storage option. We were also very fortunate to be able to check in a bit earlier (after a very long haul flight with children).

Location is excellent, very good breakfast, attentive personnel, fast reactions to questions and requests for the room. Executive room with windows into the yard, very quiet and silent at night. Good aircon.

The staff was as always in novotel above and beyond! Excellent service Room was clean and I was surprised to learn they had provided a toothbrush to the toiletries they provide. This was amazing as my partner had forgot his and didn't realise till very late at night before bed. In addition they had live music in the bar which made an amazing atmosphere But above all this the staff are just the best in novotel London bridge

Very comfortable hotel, clean and fresh. Bar and restaurant in the lobby. Space for families. Breakfast was a good hotel selection. Right by the Borough Markets, easy walk to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.
